Meet Biff the Dog

Meet BiFF! He is the NYS STOP-DWI fuzzy, friendly mascot. Wherever he goes, he spreads cheer. He also serves as a nice reminder to “Have a Plan” and make responsible choices when it comes to driving sober.

Join BiFF on his adventures throughout New York State. If you see BiFF in your community or at an event, say hi and wave. You may even be able to get a picture taken with him. Make sure to ask his pet parent if it’s OK.

Have a Plan

New York’s STOP-DWI program is the Nations’ first and, to date, only self-sustaining impaired driving program. Other States have implemented components of self-sufficiency, but none to the degree of New York State.
